Once your order has shipped, an email will be automatically generated to your email address with tracking information.
Order confirmation/shipping emails are automatically generated, and should be received immediately. In certain circumstances, it may take up to 24 hours depending on back queue orders. If possible, include order#, name, address, etc.

Depending on your location, it can take between 3-7 business days after your package has shipped. However, this may vary depending on carrier work load. (FYI: Packages are shipped from Newark, NJ)
