FAQ
Once your order has shipped, an email will be automatically generated to your email address with tracking information.
Order confirmation/shipping emails are automatically generated, and should be received immediately. In certain circumstances, it may take up to 24 hours depending on back queue orders. If you haven't received a transactional email within 24 hours of purchase OR 72 hours for shipping notifications please email us at: [email protected]. If possible, include order#, name, address, etc.
Within 72 hrs of purchase.
Depending on your location, it can take between 3-7 business days after your package has shipped. However, this may vary depending on carrier work load. (FYI: Packages are shipped from Newark, NJ)
USPS First Class or Priority Mail. However, this could change due to business demand or future product/ services.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use our contact us form.
Returns and Exchanges---
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, including all tags. Returns or exchanges must also include receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be received by Hypnique Boutique within 14 days of original delivery date to customer. However, you must notify us within 2 days of package receipt.
To return or exchange an item immediately fill out the form on our contact us page. Be sure to check your spam folder for our response.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE standard shipping within the US. However, any shipping costs associated with returns and/or exchanges must be paid for by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are non refundable. Exchanged items will be reshipped to the customer free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
TRACKING
You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped.
DELIVERY
Packages are delivered within 2-5 business days. Please allow an additional day for AK and HI.
